If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition.
Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Refunds exclude any delivery & shipping costs.
All returns are charged at $10.
Please note we are currently not offering exchanges; we do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, personalised items are not eligible for return and will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Any free gifts that are sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be included in your return package to qualify for a refund.

From 1st January 2026 Castore will no longer be the Official Team Apparel and Sportswear Partner for McLaren Racing. We therefore ask customers to note the following updates:

For orders placed up to and including 31st December 2025, returns can be accepted until 31st January 2026. Returns started after this date will not be accepted. Please process your return information here https://returns.reveni.io/mclaren-store-us. Returned items must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached.
